Smoking
Smoking
is not permitted in our lodge. If you are smoking outside, please dont
throw your butts on the lawn.If you choose to ignore this request, I
may respond with a request for you to leave.(max 8 persons)
Our special rate takes care of all your needs once you arrive at our Lodge.
This includes accomodation,meals(wine included),daily guiding and transportation,
up to an average of 200km driving every day.
The cost of a second vehicle and driver is €80 per day, and applies to groups of between
9 and 12 people.
Airport transfer to and from Porto costs €150 each way per vehicle, shared by passengers.
Public transport by bus or train also available from Porto and Lisbon.
Pickup at Celorico da Beira, no charge.
The total distances beyond the 200km average will be charged to the pilots on XC (as a group) at €0.30 per kilometre driven.
We require a 50% booking deposit to reserve your rooms and guide for the dates you want. If you cancel your booking at least 1 month before your arrival date, we will refund you 50% of the deposit. If you cancel within 1 month, it is too late for us to advertise the space and so we can not refund the booking deposit.
Balance payable on arrival.

The Guest Suite upstairs has its own bathroom and sleeps a Couple and 2 kids* or 4 singles
The Study upstairs sleeps 2 singles(Ladies Room downstairs, Gents in Barracks)
The Cabana room downstairs sleeps a Couple(Ladies Room downstairs, Gents in Barracks)
The Barracks downstairs sleep 6 singles in 3 seperate rooms
(Ladies Room downstairs, Gents in Barracks has 2showers,toilets,basins)
